We guarantee a replacement or repair for a major failure and find remedy for any other reasonable manufacturing defect. We will have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

As part of our ongoing commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations, we offer the following Warranty Terms and Conditions:

Limitations

5 year

  • 5 year warranty on frame and internal structural components

3 year

  • 3 year limited warranty on foam seats

1 year

  • 1 year warranty on mechanisms for recliners, sofa beds, ratchets and head rests.
  • 1 year warranty on all electric components including motors, transformers and controls.
  • 1 year warranty on comfort components including: back cushions, fibre fills and sofa bed mattresses.
  • 1 year warranty on general workmanship including: sewing, staples, legs and zips.
  • 1 year warranty on upholstery materials including: of leather and fabric.

Warranty Terms and Conditions – Dining Tables, Dining Chairs, Occasional and Bedroom Products

  • 1 year limited Manufacturing warranty
  • 1 year limited warranty on upholstery materials inclusive of leather and fabric (i.e. Dining Chairs)

Returns

In order to make a returns claim you must follow the procedure outlined below:

1. You must contact your place of purchase and provide a proof of purchase to register a claim.

2. The retailer will make a qualifying investigation. You must provide the following to the retailer:

  • A copy of the proof of purchase. If at all possible – supply photos showing the issue claimed preferably in electronic form for transmission to the supplier. While not mandatory this will speed the processing of your claim considerably.
  • Clearly state the grounds for the claim and describe any relevant circumstances.
  • An assurance that the product has not been damaged, incorrectly assembled, installed or operated, exposed to the elements, negligently treated, or misused.  Any false representations may void your claim and constitute a breach in law.
  • A form detailing the claim must be filled out and lodged with your place of purchase.

4. The retailer will submit the claim in writing to the supplier of the furniture who will handle the claim. You will be contacted by an authorized person / service provider of the supplier who will respond to claims in a timely manner.

5. You may be required to make the product available for inspection at a location specified by the supplier, this may be your house or the retail office.

6. The product may only be returned to the supplier after approval, in writing, by an authorized officer of the supplier.
